This construction is situated in the new estate of Willowdale. Designed to fit a 500sqm block, the house consists of 4 bedrooms, upstairs sitting, theatre, combined lounge and dining. The granny flat consists of 2 bedrooms and combined lounge and dining. A lot of hard work was put into the design of the façade, as the client didn’t want it to look like every other house in the street, and wanted to be different and custom.
